i don't get it.... i really don't understand women.

so i've been dating this girl for a short while.  3 months give or take.  things have been going pretty well, i really like this girl, and I've started to feel that she's feeling the same.  this saturday, we made plans to go out for dinner and come back to my place for a few movies, just chill, relax.  well when I text her to let her know I'll be picking her up in an hour or so, she then tells me, that she'll have to cancel on dinner, something came up, but she'll just come by as soon as she finishes and we'll just do the movies.  that's cool.  things come up, didn't think much of it at the time.  however, no call, no text nothing all night.  I callto make sure everything's okay later that night but i don't get a reply and she didn't pick up.  not wanting to bother her/sound too clingy, i decided to leave it at that.  however, two days roll by, and i don't hear from her either, and its like...no communication, no explanation no sorry for standing me up.  what's up with that?  we usually talk/text something once a day.  this was soooo out of the blue.  things were at its best point in the relationship too and then all of a sudden this?  so yeah, i just don't get women..........what the heck?

Girls...they never fail to make my life so much more dramatic..more interesting....girls....they're trouble.

What's with the weather?? Its april, and we still got like an inch or so of snow last night.  Then this morning, while walking from my parking complex @ work to my building, it was freezing.  I look out the window next to my desk - and i see snow melting every where.  Crazy weather.  I just want it to warm up so I can start hitting the golf range or courses!!!

So this weekend went up to Toronto.  It was fun!  Lots of great food, good friends and drinks.  I miss Toronto tremendously - Cleveland just can't compare.  Although, the Cavs are kicking some major ass right now.  Sure they lost to Washington and Orlando, but they handed the Spurs an embarassing loss!  Anyways, I'm at work right now, bored - my experiments are running @ the bench but i have a pretty long time point before the next step so just online wasting some time.

Got a couple of new chinese cd's from Toronto this time around.  Lee Hom Wong's new Cd is pretty tight - but i've been falling behind quite a bit. Any suggestions on good CDs I should get? Living in Cleveland has made my music library pretty much confined to the american music...

Had a pretty long day at work today...got there early (7:00am) and had a full day of experiments and didn't finish experiments till close to 7:00.  So by the time I was done, and messed around @ my desk, I didn't get out till 7:30pm.  A couple of friends met up for food at Bar Louie.  too bad we missed the happy hour by a few minutes.

Anyways, after a couple of beers and wings, I left my friends who were going to be spending some more time with Mr. Walker and the Orlando bball game.  Met up with my bro-in-law to go shopping for a new golf wedge.  I got a sweeeeeeeet deal.  A brand-new taylor made, 60 degree wedge at the original price of 199.99 i was able to get for 50 bucks.  Was hella happy about that.

For now, just chilling at home - trying to rest up.  I'm taking thursday and friday off work, and driving down to toronto.  hope to catch up with some buddies.... for now, going to just play with my new wedge and hope to get on the course or range asap!!!

So i caved...   I ended up getting an ipod touch, 32gb.  I was contemplating between getting the ipod touch or the iphone.  I ended up getting the ipod touch because i rather have a stand alone phone rather than have it together with my media player.  Its werid...everyone was trying to convince me otherwise but because I listen to music a lot during the day when i'm at work, doing experiments, at my desk or at my bench and i'm always anal that if i use it for internet and photos, videos and music that it'll run out of batteries and I won't have access to my phone part anymore.  hahahaa i'm werid i know.

but ....the ipod touch is soooo cool. I'm so glad i got it.  kinda expensive, but i think it's worth it....back to playing with it now.
